We love sharing with our guests what we like eating ourselves. We cook with ingredients that are sourced locally, hand-picked and delivered daily. We cook what our neighbours produce: regional, seasonal, organic. Perhaps just words, but with us, they melt on the tongue. Here in the south, in the Markgräflerland, we understand something about pleasure and our homeland is one of the regions of Germany most famous for indulgence.
